Speedaf Tracking

Track and get real-time status updates for Speedaf shipments.

24hTrack is a free lookup site, not Speedaf. We don't sell or deliver parcels — we show you the scans the carrier has published.

What is Speedaf?

Speedaf Express (速达非) is a Shenzhen-headquartered operator that moves parcels from China into emerging markets — mainly Africa, plus the Balkans, the Middle East and Central Asia. Its own site describes it as a one-stop logistics provider for those markets, offering door-to-door cross-border delivery, overseas warehousing, and local express and less-than-truckload services inside the destination country. The company was founded in 2019 with ZTO Express among its original shareholders, and has built its own local delivery networks in markets including Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda and Morocco.

That last part is what makes Speedaf different from a pure freight forwarder: in many of its markets Speedaf is also the company that hands you the parcel, so one number covers the whole journey instead of stopping at a border.

The timeline reflects it. A typical Speedaf history runs from a Guangzhou warehouse intake, through international logistics processing, export customs, "Delivery to the airport" and "Cargo flight departured", then destination customs clearance, and finally a local scan. Of the Speedaf numbers pasted here over the last 90 days, 98% came back with scans and 98% with a multi-step history, averaging about 18 scans per parcel — one of the fuller timelines of any carrier on this site.

Ships for: Chinese online sellers shipping into African markets, Shoppers in Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania, South Africa, Morocco and Mauritius, Buyers in Balkan markets such as Albania and North Macedonia, Merchants using Speedaf overseas warehouses for local fulfilment

Tracking number format: Two letters, then nine digits, then R — 12 characters in total (for example GH012345678R). The two opening letters are the destination country's ISO code, so a Speedaf number tells you where it is going before you track it.

Typical delivery time: Measured on Speedaf parcels that were still moving when they were first tracked on the 24hTrack platform, a delivered scan arrives a median of 12 days after the first carrier scan, with 80% inside 16 days. Customs is the step that varies most: "Customs clearance in progress" is the single most common scan on these parcels, and it can sit unchanged for several days at either end without anything being wrong.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a Speedaf tracking number look like?

Most are two letters, then nine digits, then the letter R — 12 characters in total, for example GH012345678R. The two opening letters are the destination country's ISO code: GH for Ghana, KE for Kenya, NG for Nigeria, TZ for Tanzania, UG for Uganda, ZA for South Africa, MA for Morocco, MU for Mauritius, AL for Albania, MK for North Macedonia. A smaller share of numbers are two letters followed by twelve digits instead.

My Speedaf parcel says delivered but nobody came to my door. Why?

Because in several Speedaf markets "delivered" means collected, not handed over at your address. Those scans spell it out — they read as delivered and collected, name the person who signed for it, and then name the Speedaf collection site it was picked up from. If you were expecting a courier at your door, check the scan text for a collection site: the parcel is waiting there, or someone at your address has already fetched it. If the name on the scan is not yours or anyone you know, contact the seller straight away so they can raise it with Speedaf while the site still holds the record.

Why is my Speedaf tracking stuck on customs clearance?

Customs is the longest single step on this lane and "Customs clearance in progress" is the most common scan Speedaf publishes. It can hold for several days at export or at import without the parcel being in trouble. Speedaf parcels tracked here reach delivery a median of 12 days after the first scan, with 80% inside 16, so build that in before worrying. The scans also show that parcels can be turned back at either end — a returned-from-customs scan is rare, but it is written plainly when it happens.

Is Speedaf the same as ZTO?

No, but they are connected. Speedaf Express is its own company, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Shenzhen, with ZTO Express among its original shareholders. ZTO is a domestic Chinese network; Speedaf runs the China-to-emerging-markets lanes and its own local delivery networks in markets such as Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda and Morocco.

How long does Speedaf take to deliver?

A median of 12 days from the first carrier scan to delivery, with 80% of parcels arriving within 16 days, measured on parcels that were still in transit when first tracked here. The flight itself is quick; the time goes on warehouse consolidation in China, export and import customs, and the local leg in the destination country.
