Track and get real-time status updates for Pengyou shipments.
24hTrack is a free lookup site, not Pengyou. We don't sell or deliver parcels — we show you the scans the carrier has published.
Pengyou is a Shenzhen cross-border forwarder, not a national post or a last-mile delivery company. Its own site gives the legal name as 深圳市捧友供应链有限公司 (Shenzhen Pengyou Supply Chain Co., Ltd.) and describes the business in one line: dedicated air lanes to Europe and the United States, built for independent direct-to-consumer web stores. That is why a Pengyou number almost always comes from a smaller online shop rather than a big marketplace — the shop booked the lane, and you were never told the forwarder's name.
The journey a ZXA…PY number shows is consistent: the parcel is received at the Shenzhen processing centre, sorted, leaves Shenzhen, arrives at the Hong Kong processing centre, is handed to the airline there, and flies out. After that the scans switch language and start naming towns in your own country.
That switch is the single most important thing to understand about this number. Pengyou flies the parcel in and then hands it to a local carrier for the last mile — in the United States those scans read as USPS regional facility arrivals, "Out for Delivery" with your city and ZIP, and finally "Delivered, In/At Mailbox"; European parcels show the destination town the same way. Of the Pengyou numbers pasted here over the last 90 days, 100% came back with scans and 100% with a multi-step history, averaging about 12 scans per parcel. An empty Pengyou page is therefore unusual and normally means the shop has created the booking but the parcel has not reached the Shenzhen centre yet.
Ships for: Independent direct-to-consumer web stores shipping from China to Europe and the US, Smaller online shops that book an air lane instead of a named express carrier, Shoppers whose parcel finishes its journey with a local postal carrier
Tracking number format: ZXA, then nine digits, then PY — 14 characters in total (for example ZXA123456789PY). Every Pengyou number seen on this page has that exact shape.
Typical delivery time: Measured on Pengyou parcels that were still moving when they were first tracked on the 24hTrack platform, a delivered scan arrives a median of about 22 days after the first carrier scan. This is an economy air lane, not an express service: the Shenzhen-to-Hong-Kong leg and the handover to the local carrier each add days that no single scan explains. A week of silence while the parcel is in the air or waiting on customs is normal and is not a sign that anything is wrong.
Knowing where your parcel is makes it easier to plan the day you collect it. With 24hTrack you don't need an account on Pengyou's website. Paste the tracking number in the box above and we work out which carrier it belongs to and show you every scan Pengyou has published, on one page.

It is ZXA, then nine digits, then PY — 14 characters, for example ZXA123456789PY. Every Pengyou number seen on this page has that shape. If yours looks different, it is probably the shop's own order reference rather than the shipping number; ask the seller for the one that starts with ZXA.
Because Pengyou does not deliver to your door. It flies the parcel from Shenzhen via Hong Kong and then hands it to a carrier in your country for the last mile. In the United States that partner is usually USPS, so the later scans read as USPS facility arrivals, "Out for Delivery" with your city and ZIP, and "Delivered, In/At Mailbox". Nothing has gone wrong and the parcel has not been transferred to a different shipment — it is the same parcel, now in local hands.
The two long quiet stretches are the flight and customs clearance. Between the Hong Kong departure scan and the first scan in your own country there is often nothing at all for several days, because no one scans a parcel mid-air. Pengyou parcels tracked here take a median of about 22 days from the first scan to delivery, so a quiet week in the middle is normal. If a month passes with no new scan at all, contact the shop you ordered from — they hold the contract with Pengyou, you do not.
Yes. Pengyou is the trading name of Shenzhen Pengyou Supply Chain Co., Ltd., a registered Chinese supply-chain company that runs air lanes to Europe and the US for online stores. It sells to merchants rather than to shoppers, which is why you have probably never heard of it and why its name was not on the checkout page. Every Pengyou number pasted here in the last 90 days returned a real scan history.
A median of about 22 days from the first carrier scan to delivery, measured on parcels that were still in transit when they were first tracked here. That figure covers the whole chain: pickup in Shenzhen, transfer through Hong Kong, the flight, customs, and the local carrier's final leg.
